Design a concrete mix for M25 grade of concrete for following data. (Give quantities in kg/m³) Cement= OPC 43 grade, Specific gravity of cement =3.15, Air content =1 %, Maximum size aggregate 20 mm, Slump = 75 mm, Maximum cement content is 450 kg/m³, S=4, X=5.5, Take W/C =0.5, Fine aggregate confirming to Zone -2, Volume of coarse aggregate per unit volume of total aggregate = 0.62. Specific Gravity of fine and coarse aggregate is 2.74. Need not required to apply any corrections like water absorption and free surface moisture. Consider water content [for 50 mm slump] = 186 kg/m³.
